Tell it out! Tell it out! tell the story sweet,
News from heav'n repeat, Gospel tidings sweet.
Tell it out! Tell it out! Jesus waits today,
Waits to hear us when we pray.
Refrain
[Male voices]
Tell it out, oh, tell it out,
Freedom's news to bondmen shout!
Spread the tidings far and near,
Till the whole wide world shall hear.
[Unison]
Tell it out! Tell it out!
Tell it joyously! Tell triumphantly!
Tell it out! Tell it out!
Let the people know
Of the King Who loves them so.
